1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for return
To be eligible for return, the key must:
- Be unused and not programmed or cut
- Be in its original packaging
- Be returned with all accessories and documentation
3. How to request a return
Contact our support team at support@carkeys4you.com with your order number. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
4. Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned key, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable items
Keys that have been programmed, cut or otherwise modified for a specific vehicle cannot be returned, as they are no longer suitable for resale. This is a standard exception under EU consumer law for personalised goods.
